Fulfillment Origins & Cross-Border Shipping
We are a Canadian-owned business. To ensure the highest quality prints and global garment availability, our apparel items are fulfilled and shipped directly from specialized partner facilities located in the United States and other global hubs.
Because of this, shipments sent to destinations outside of the fulfillment center's location (including shipments coming into Canada from the US) are classified as international imports.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
To keep our retail prices competitive and provide free shipping upfront, all orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record and are fully responsible for any import fees levied once the package enters your country.
Upon delivery at your doorstep or local post office, you may be required by your local government or mail carrier to pay:
  1. Import Duties/Tariffs: Fees set by your local customs authority based on apparel import regulations.
  2. Local Sales Taxes: Applicable local or state/provincial taxes (such as HST/GST in Canada, VAT in Europe, etc.).
  3. Carrier Handling & Brokerage Fees: Fees charged by the postal service or courier (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, DHL) to clear international packages through customs on your behalf.
Our store does not collect, calculate, or profit from these local fees, and we cannot predict what your specific country's charges will be. We are unable to refund any customs fees paid upon delivery. [1]
Phone Number & Address Requirement
A valid recipient phone number and accurate shipping address are strictly required at checkout. International customs authorities and global carriers will reject cross-border shipping labels that do not include a contact phone number. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to missing contact information.
🚨 IMPORTANT REFUSAL POLICY: If you refuse to accept a package or decline to pay the required customs duties and taxes upon delivery, the package will be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. Any product refused at delivery due to customs fees will strictly be subject to our No Return & No Refund Policy. You will not receive a refund for refused items.
