Refund & Return Policy

At God's Garment, every order is processed according to the selections made by the customer at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Ordering the wrong style or design
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, color selections, and all order details before completing their purchase.

Exceptions

We will gladly review claims if you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item due to our fulfillment error

To request assistance, you must contact God's Garment within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and any damage or defect

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, God's Garment will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item,
  • Send the correct item, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by God's Garment.
