Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase, including but not limited to:

• Color
• Style or design
• Quantity
• Shipping address
• Billing information

Please review your order carefully, as changes may not be possible once an order has been submitted.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

God's Garment does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Incorrect color selected
• Incorrect style or design selected
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Refused deliveries
• Failure to read product descriptions or sizing information

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by God's Garment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your claim should include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label

If your claim is approved, God's Garment will, at its sole discretion and as required by applicable law, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

Shipping

God's Garment is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, God's Garment's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which God's Garment is legally registered, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence apply.
